Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a new challenge? Join our team at Chorley Group Wigan as a Nissan Service Advisor!
As the face of our aftersales department, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. We're seeking individuals with a minimum of one year's experience in the motor industry, particularly in service advisory roles, ideally with Nissan knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong working relationships between service customers and the workshop department.
- Ensuring excellent communication throughout the service process to guarantee a superior customer experience.
- Handling necessary paperwork and processing payments efficiently.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in the motor industry, as Nissan Service Advisor is essential.
- No specific qualifications required; however, a good level of computer literacy is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
